  • Minimum Hire
    Our standard minimum hire is currently $300.00 from September 2023-December 2023. We are not currently offering delivery services. Delivery is not included and is quoted separately depending on hire stock size, quantity and distance.
  • How do I hire an item?
    1. Browse our website to see what furniture and decor we have on offer. 2. Go to our Contact Page and let us know your event date, event location and the items or services on your wishlist. 3. Once you have completed your contact form, hit send and we will endeavour to come back to you with item or services availability and an itemised quote within five (5) business days
  • Where are you based?
    We are based in Roma, Queensland. However, we are willing and able to service the entire Maranoa region and beyond. We are located at 209 Raglan Street Roma, (Roma Space & Storage) by appointment only.
  • How long is the hire period?
    The hire period and charges are for a 4-day period. We only hire out our stock once per weekend. No discount or refund is offered if stock is returned earlier ​ Extended hires are available on request and are dependent on item availability
  • What happens if something gets broken/damaged or unreturned?
    All of our hire bookings include a bond charge - this covers general cleaning. In the event that an item is lost or broken please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the situation some or all of the bond will be held to pay for the item to be replaced or fixed. If the replacement cost is greater than the bond you've paid then we will send you an invoice to pay the difference.
  • Can I pick up and drop off to you?
    Yes. You can pick up and drop off to us in Roma. The address will be provided to you once the order has been processed and confirmed.
  • Do you offer delivery and what are the costs associated?
    Yes, Roma Event Hire have a fully enclosed trailer to transport all items. Our delivery fees vary depending on the location of your event and your actual hire. We do our absolute best to try and make your delivery and pickup fee affordable and do not use delivery charges to make a profit.
  • How do I secure my booking with Roma Event Hire?
    To offer security to you (the client) and Roma Event Hire, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your items. Quotes may be issued; however these items cannot be held for you until your customer booking form is signed and deposit is received.
  • Do I have to clean the products I hire?
    Furniture and decor items must be returned in a clean condition. Depending on the situation some or all of the bond will be held to pay a cleaning fee. If the cleaning fee is greater than the bond paid then we will send an invoice to pay the difference.
